Dupa o ora de cautari pe internet, am ajuns la concluzia ca exista la fel de multe clasificari ale site-urilor, pe cat de multe site-uri exista, adica o infinitate. Voi asterne pe foaia alba digitala trei clasificari care mi s-au parut mai reusite.
Clasificare 1. (sursa: Wikipedia(francais))
Site-urile web pot fi clasificate astfel:
a) Motoare de cautare (AltaVista, Google, Microsoft Network, Yahoo!)
b) Annuaire web (Open Directory Project, Yahoo!, Prestigium.com)
c) Site-uri comerciale (Amazon.com, eBay, Kelkoo, emag etc)
d) Mesagerie electronica (Hotmail, Gmail,Yahoo!, No-log )
e) Radio internet (Radio-France, Radio-Canada, BBC )
f) Forum Internet (Slashdot)
e) Wiki (Wikipedia)

a)Brochure Sites

Web communities come in all sizes, but in all cases they bring together people that share a common interest.
d) Portals
Portals, as the name implies, act as gateways to information from various sources. The goal behind a portal is provide relevant information to user’s without requiring the user to spend a lot of time searching.
e) Search Engines
Search engines are probably the single most useful tool on the Internet. Without them it would be next to impossible to find anything. By many accounts, the best search engine is Google.com.
